Description:  This 4 bedroom 2 bath Tri-level property sits on a larger corner lot located between Post Rd and Hoover Ave in Plover, WI. This is an exceptional lot for all landscape enthusiasts out there. Currently, I have planted hostas, perennials, and a variety of shrubs and trees throughout the property with a lot of room for additional future projects. This home has new vinyl siding, windows and a new roof that is all less than 3 years old. The back yard hosts a 24’ round pool that is 48” in height and dished out in the center of the pool, a 6 person hot tub for year round use and a large multi-level wooden deck surrounding the pool and hot tub. An exposed aggregated concrete slab measuring 20’ X 15’ sits between the back patio door and the deck to the pool area. This area is great for cooking out and hosting all your pool parties. If this isn’t enough there is a small pond located next to the deck and concrete slab. This is home to 3 Coy, 1 fat orange/white goldfish, and 1 huge Algae Eater. If you decide to purchase this home I am asking that you adopt these little guys and if not I do have someone that will. This pond is not hard to maintain 1 cleaning in the spring and fall and in the summer about once a week or two allow fresh ground water to run into the pond. A hose runs from the water faucet on the side of the house to the pond creating a waterfall effect. The fish are brought in for the winter normally in late October. There is an under ground sprinkler system throughout the property that is has 4 zones to it and run off a 2 HP pump. The zones are currently setup to be changed manually and 1 zone is not currently working.
The setup of this home offers 4 different levels giving everyone in the household there own space. The upper level is setup with 3 bedrooms that have been just renovated with new texture and paint on the walls, new doors, trim and new carpeting. My youngest daughter and last child in the house just left for college which gave me the incentive to redo the rooms. Each closet offers additional shelving which is always nice. There are cellular blinds in each of these rooms offering the privacy but allowing the outdoor light to be filtered in. I do have to say these rooms do look great now that they are finished. There is also a linen closet and a bathroom located in the upper level. The bathroom has just been painted with new vinyl flooring and a new vanity. The main level is the kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen offers a dishwasher, garbage disposal and if you are need of the refrigerator and stove these items can be negotiated. The stove and refrigerator are only 3- 4 years old.
The 3rd level was designed for the master bedroom and bath. The carpeting in here is only about 3 years old. The closet offers additional shelving. The basement level offers the family room, closet for additional storage and a utility room. The utility room has a utility sink and additional shelving for storage space. The washer and dryer is not included but again can be negotiated in the offer if so desired. The washer and dryer are Kenmore Frontload appliances and are about 5-6 years old and work great.
The carpet will need to be replaced down in the family room and in the main living room as well as the stairs area to the upper and lower levels. I have not replaced this as everybody’s taste in style is different.
This home is a great starter home for a family. The asking price is not firm so make me an offer. I like my house but with my children gone this place is too big for myself to maintain.
